Madeira – Where Passion Found Its Path

This trip to Madeira marked a turning point in my journey as a photographer. It was a workshop led by Jack Harding — one of my biggest inspirations — alongside Wildlicht and Ramiravisio, the founders of The Alpinists. Surrounded by creatives I deeply admire, I learned more than just technical skills. I gained perspective — on the craft, the business, and the potential of photography as more than just a passion.

Up until then, photography had been a creative outlet. But this experience pushed me to take it seriously — to see it not only as art, but as something I could shape into a side hustle and possibly more. We spent days chasing light, sharing knowledge, and exploring the raw beauty of this small but endlessly diverse island. And along the way, I left with more than just images — I left with clarity, direction, and a deeper connection to what I love doing most.
